The platform allowed users to submit documents, photos, and other necessary materials directly through an intuitive user interface. The system provided real-time updates on the status of applications, which significantly improved communication between Brasal, vendors, and its sales team. In addition, the platform integrated smoothly with Brasal’s internal systems, ensuring that the sales process remained fast and efficient.
Sales representatives also gained access to performance dashboards, where they could track their sales figures and the progress of each of their requests, giving them the tools to work more proactively.
Field Support and Device Integration:
Since many potential Coca-Cola vendors do not have access to computers, Brasal Refrigerantes equips their sales team with tablets and, in some cases, smartphones. This enables sales reps to assist vendors in the field, helping them complete registration forms or troubleshoot incomplete applications. The platform is optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile use, ensuring accessibility across different environments—whether in-office or in the field.
