About the project

This platform was created to modernize and accelerate the vendor registration process for businesses interested in selling Coca-Cola products  a key operation for Brasal Refrigerantes, one of the largest Coca-Cola distributors in Brazil.

Before the redesign, the process was fully manual: paperwork, spreadsheets, and long approval cycles that often took weeks. Vendors had no visibility into their application status, and Brasal’s internal team spent countless hours handling repetitive administrative tasks.

The solution

We designed and delivered a digital registration platform that centralized the entire process, from document submission to approval, while providing transparency and real-time updates for vendors and Brasal’s internal teams.

The platform allows users to upload required documents, photos, and data directly through an intuitive interface. Real-time status tracking improved communication between Brasal, its sales representatives, and new vendors, reducing friction and wait times across the entire flow.
