About the project
The website redesign aimed to address several challenges, such as poor mobile performance, confusing navigation, and an outdated design. The goal was to create a mobile-first, user-centric platform that reflected the new positioning of Instabuy, streamlined processes for supermarket vendors, and resolved the technical issues the old site presented.
The Challenge
The previous website suffered from slow load times, a high bounce rate, and an overwhelming navigation structure. With 74% of traffic coming from mobile devices, users frequently abandoned the site after viewing just one page. The forms were complicated, leading to incomplete submissions and lower conversion rates. The content was also misaligned with the brand's updated positioning, which created confusion for vendors.

The solution
We executed a mobile-first redesign focused on improving navigation, modernizing the user interface, and optimizing load times. The forms were restructured for better user-friendliness, addressing previous issues with incomplete submissions. Additionally, the content was aligned with Instabuy's new brand positioning to enhance clarity and vendor engagement.
The improvements in site performance, particularly for mobile users, aimed to reduce bounce rates and increase conversions.
